I am getting below issues intermittently while accessing SharePoint 2013 site using chrome & edge browsers in WIN10 machines.

This issue is not persisting constantly and it is loading site properly after refresh and sometimes without refresh the site is loaded without any error message.

Please suggest any solution to resolve these type of sporadic issues. Looking for the solution which is generic but not specific to individual user as we cant guide each individual user to do any browser level settings.

Recently we also faced the same issue in chrome and found some resolution by adding the below entries in the regedit and it got resolved permanently.
