问题描述

User don't have permission to top level site and his having  Sub site  access and his using metadata columns for the library in O365 sub site. While using modern page filter he is not able to see the Metadata columns filter in O365 site.

Without giving permission to top level site permission,  how can we provide filter option for metadata columns.

根据我的测试，我无法重现您的问题。当我只在子网站中授予用户权限时，我可以使用托管元数据列过滤现代库。

Per my test, I cannot reproduce your issue. When I only give a user permission in the subsite, I can filter in modern library with the managed metadata column.

1. What’s the permission of the user in the library/subsite? Whether he can view the managed metadata column value in the library view?

2. Switch to the classic SharePoint experience, modify current view and check if you can filter via Filters section.
