I have a SharePoint community site in 2013 environment. When the access the site outside server, it shows the title of the site as ABC. Whereas, accessing the site inside server gives me a different site title XYZ. Although in both cases I access the same URL. At any circumstances, is it possible for a SharePoint site to display two different site name despite of having same URL (https://communities.net/sites/abc)?

I have checked "view all site collections" against that communities web application from CA, and there the only site that I can see is /sites/ABC, the other one is not at all existing.
