我创建了SharePoint 2013设计器可重用工作流并附加在SharePoint列表中。

此工作流程中断列表项目级别权限并为项目设置一些唯一权限。我在列表中添加/更新新项目时设置了此工作流程。由于某种原因，有时这个设计师工作流程在prod环境中失败。

我无法确定失败的原因。它只是显示"发生错误"。在工作流历史列表中，我也没有得到任何结果。此外，我无法在开发环境中复制此问题。 

Hi All,

I have created SharePoint 2013 designer reusable workflow and attached at SharePoint list.

This workflow break list item level permission and set some unique permission to item. I have set this workflow , when a new item added/updated in list. By some reason, sometimes this designer workflow fails in prod environment.

I am unable to identify the cause of failing. It is just showing "Error Occurred". In Workflow history list, also I am not getting anything. Also, I am unable to replicate this issue in Dev environment.

Have you checked the ULS log as based on your description, this issue not happened all the time but sometimes.
