Today, I got the notice from my MSDN subscription that I can download Visual Studio 2017.

I clicked the download, and now I am looking at a 1,024 KB file. That is NOT Visual Studio. I don't care how much they trimmed off of it. That's obviously just an installer that will launch the download.

Here at work, I have access to a fiber connection and I can download 10GB of it in a couple of minutes.

At home, where I live beyond the sticks, the fastest Internet speed I have available is 768 kbps - and I rarely see that.

Is there a link to the full installer that I can download?

I have 126GB of storage on my phone. If I can download a full installer, I can drop that onto my phone and install it from there after I get home.
