I have tried numerous times to install Visual Studio 2017 with no success - every attempt ended with "Setup completed with warnings". I have Windows 7 64 bit with anti-virus turned off. This is very frustrating as it appears this new setup is not ready for prime time. I would be terminated for such poor development. For this issue, the error shows that Visual C++ runtime and VSTO related packages failed to download.

The reason is mostly pending on the Network variables.
