I Followed All Steps regarding Placing a Add unit into mobile application. What i have done is

Note that if you followed the instructions and see the demo ad, you implemented it correctly.  If you then replaced the app ID and AdUnit ID with the correct values for your account, then you did everything that you need to do.  The problem that you may be experiencing is that there is not much ad-inventory (if any) in India - so it's possible that your app will not display pubCenter ads there.  The way to verify this is to handle the error events coming back from pubCenter - if it says "No Ad Available", that means there was insufficient ad-inventory to serve an ad to your app.  Because this is a common problem in various markets(countries) with pubCenter, the dev-community advises that you use multiple ad-networks (e.g. pubCenter + AdDuplex + another, perhaps inneractive/NAX) by integrating the AdRotator control that can be found on CodePlex.
