I have a windows server 2008 R2 as  domain controller in my network and its performance has been reduced very badly.

It takes more than 2 minutes to open my computer page and it is very slowly in opening applications.

它有12 GB的RAM，通常只有3 GB正在使用，8 GB被缓存，没有空闲内存。

it has 12 GB of RAM that usually only 3GB of its is in use and 8 GB of it is cached and there is no free memory.

I monitored its performance with performance analyzer log software and it shows that more than 80% of processor utility is in use and read time in hard drive is more than usual,but task manager shows that only 20% of CPU is in use.

I'm sure its not a software problem,I checked its hardware with HP complete test and there was no problem.

And I have to mention that I log in on it in AD restore mode and every thing was ok there.

I'm really confused with the situation , I have no idea what is the reason for all of this slowness ,now I need a solution or software that can help me to find that what application or service is  exactly using my processor and other resources,if any one has any solution or experience about this problem I will be so thankful to share it with me.

The easiest way i can see is, run Task Manager and monitor the processes hogging your CPU time. This would give you a list of processes that you can work upon.
