Hi All,
If I have a list in the root site collection. Can it be available in other sites and subsites ?
I'm asking as I would like to use some fields in the list in the site collection

If you try to create look up column and referencing the information from this list ( the one under the root site collection ), you can do so from the subsite under this site collection. Not from the other site collection.
