I have tried doing repairs. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and every time  it just goes back to the broken state.

I can't open any solutions it give me an error. I can't start a NEW project it gives me an error. You fix one error another error pops up. I think some files got deleted by accident and right now it's looking like I have to do a clean install of windows to fix it. There has to be a folder somewhere or something I can delete without having to reset windows so I can just do a clean install of visual studio! I have been all over google and forums and can't find it anywhere.
