<这是设计的。通过Outlook查看时，SP日历事件未转换为太平洋时间。为避免此问题，我们只能确保Outlook和SharePoint中的时区设置相同。

Specs:

Outlook 2013

SharePoint: either Server 2016 or SharePoint Online

Scenario 1: Viewing a SharePoint calendar via SharePoint

1. The time zone in "Regional settings" section of the SharePoint site is UTC - this is because it is a global site used by regions across the world.
2. The time zone in my personal account settings is Pacific Daylight Time (UTC -7)
3. When I view calendar events via SharePoint, they are presented in PDT. 
4. This is working as expected

Scenario  2: Viewing a SharePoint calendar via Outlook

1. I linked the same calendar stored on SP to my Outlook using the "connect to Outlook" functionality
2. The time zone preference in my Outlook settings is Pacific Daylight Time (UTC -7) - this is working for events created on my personal calendar.
3. When I view the SP calendar events from my Outlook calendar they are 7 hours off
4. The SP calendar events are not being converted to Pacific Time when viewing via Outlook

Is this a bug?  Shouldn't Outlook be able to read the events from the SP calendar and convert them the same way it converts events stored elsewhere?

This is the information found on this site regarding how Outlook events are stored:

"The start and end times for items in the Outlook Calendar are saved in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) format, an international time standard similar to Greenwich Mean Time.

When you send a meeting request to an attendee in a different time zone, the meeting item is displayed at the respective local times on each person's calendar, but saved in UTC."

If it does that for its own events, why can't it do the same for UTC events that are coming from SharePoint?  I did not find information on how SharePoint events are stored and converted.

Hi,

This is by design. The SP calendar events are not being converted to Pacific Time when viewing via Outlook. To avoid this issue, we can only make sure the timezone is set the same in both Outlook and SharePoint.
