I have installed VS Community 2015 on my Windows 7 laptop, but cannot get Common Tools for C++ 2015 to install.

After you select and the Common Tools for C++ 2015, even if the VS UI shows it doesn't install, the fact is that it is already installed on your machine, just doesn't show correctly on Control Panel. I have did this test, I can create C++ new project once I select the tool before.
