A long time ago there used to be two versions of Network Monitor. the first version could only see traffic there was either inbound or out bound from the computer that Network Monitor was installed and running on. The second version worked like Wireshark, Sniffer, Etherpeek etc in that it put the Ethernet card into promiscous mode and it could see all of the traffic on that LAN segment. My question is, is Network Monitor 3.4 the first version or the second version? Because it looks like its only seeing traffic on the computer its installed on because I have multiple systems on a hub and its not seeing their traffic other than what directed at itself.  If this is the case if there a way to make it see all traffic or in there a different version to be down loaded?

You are talking about the 2.x series.  Network Monitor 3.x is actually a newer completely rewritten version which does support promicious mode.  You need to select the P-Mode option for the adapter you want to configure.  If you are on capture tab, select the Capture Settings button, and make sure the P-Mode button is depressed for the adatper you wish to configure.
