I am trying to install VS 2017 Community 2017 RC on a Windows 7 machine. But the setup keeps coming up as Incomplete - already tried removing/ reinstalling - it gives an error halfway thru removing/ reinstalling. I have tried removing all Visual Studio files, but still it keeps getting stuck halfway. Please see the log file below:

Firstly, please make sure you already installed SP1 and all pending patches under Windows update also installed, disable any Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware software on your computer and you haven't been preventing by firewall.
I find many packages failed to install in your log, please make sure that you have a good network connection, or you could have a try with an offline installation of visual studio 2017 RC.

- Download the Visual Studio setup executable file to a drive on your local machine.
- Create a folder(VS2017) in the same location with Visual Studio setup executable file.
- Please open an administrative CMD window and navigate to the location of Visual Studio setup executable file.
- Run vs_enterprise.exe --layout C:\vs2017
