I'm quite a newbie so hoping someone can help with my problem, I've searched many forums looking for an answer but none seem to fit my particular problem. I'm using Sharepoint 2013 with 2010 workflow.

I am trying to set up the approval workflow for a request. I need the request to go to multiple people in a particular order which includes delegation if the user is not able to respond. The main issue i am having is that i want to be able to see who has approved the item (not who the task was assigned to, but who actually clicked approve), this is because i will be sending some of the approvals to groups of people and need to know who actually approved for the records.
