我在sharepoint中创建了列表并准备了FLOW来提高风险并从不同的利益相关者/团体批准。在批准的特定阶段，有多个利益相关者批准它，当任何批准者批准
时，将触发电子邮件。但是，当我在流动作中添加批准者名称以发送电子邮件时，它会自动从此批准阶段添加"应用于每个"响应字段的操作，并且不会发送此电子邮件，直到所有批准者都批准它。 

I have created list and prepared FLOW in sharepoint to Raise a risk and approve it from different stakeholders/Groups. At the particular stage of approval there are multiple stakeholders who approves it and a email will be triggered when any approver approves it. However when i add Approver name in flow action to send email, it automatically add 'Apply to each' action for response field from this approval stage and does not send this email untill all approvers approves it.

what i want is SP to send email when any approver approves the risk however automatically added 'apply to each' does not allow it. Please let me know how to deal with it.
