Hello ,
I am currently using SharePoint 2013 , but I can only work with SharePoint 2010 workflow. My requirement is I have a list which has a multiple approver based on a column approver filled by the user , the user would like to see with whom the task is pending when the workflow is in progress.
For example:
List A has columns Title(single line text), Approvers (multiple user column) and task pending (single line text)
Workflow sharePoint 2010 --> start approval process on current item with current item: Approvers
A1, A2 are Approvers , initially task pending = A1 AND A2
If A1 and A2 approves/rejects the task
{
task pending= none
}
else
if A2 approves/rejects the task and A1 still pending
{
task pending = A1
}
else
if A1 approves/rejects the task and A2 still pending
{
task pending = A2
}
How can this be achieved?
