We have the following requirements for SharePoint 2013 On-premise:

1. 设置中央批准者列表 (在自定义列表中)在网站集(SiteA)中
   
2.  来自其他网站集(SiteB，Site C，Site D，.....，Site N)的用户可以获取批准者列表从SharePoint网站的SiteA中获取.

1. Provisioning a central list of approvers (in a custom list) in a site collection (SiteA)
   
2.  Users from other site collections (SiteB, Site C, Site D, ….., Site N) could be fetch list of approvers from SiteA in a SharePoint Form.
   
3. Each site has a specific project code for that site collection.
   
   For e.g. https://contoso.com/siteB/Proj102
   https://contoso.com/siteC/Prok213
   For a specific site, say SiteB, we need to extract project code and fetch in the SharePoint Form.
