由于您在文本字段中将"i:0#.w | corp \ username"格式用于收件人格式，因此工作流无法检索用户的电子邮件地址以发送电子邮件.而且工作流程无法识别列表 用户在文本字段中的地址.

Hi Everyone,

So I have this form, which takes delegates, so I created a new list, and added a couple of columns to it, Delegator, and RequestedBy, the thing is, we only show the approve and reject buttons to the Delegates that can approve them, based on said list.

Ok, so on the InfoPath form, I have it set up that I have a text field in which we store the list of delegates, like so:

RequestedBy: People picker control, and a text field: delegates, in which we story the names of each of the people with it.

The thing is, when I load up sharepoint designer, to add the delegates to the workflow, which I do by choosing the option to  Workflow, lookup for a user.

The thing is, nothing happens. No email is sent to the delegates at all. We are storing the user info like so:i:0#.w|corp\username, which does resolve when we put in directly into an email, so really not sure what is going on here?

Hi Mike,

Do you mean you use "send email" action in workflow and select the list of users in text field as recipients?

Since you use "i:0#.w|corp\username" format in the text field for recipient format, the workflow cannot retrieve the user’s email address to send the email. And the workflow cannot recognize a list of users’ address in the text field.

I recommend you add only one user’s email address in the text field and use "set workflow available" and "send email" action in the SharePoint 2010 workflow platform as below:
