I have an issue with Windows Vista

With Admin User:

I have my full build which is a msi and a patch(msp) for the same product installed on the machine.

all the functionality is fine with that user.

Now I create another admin user and login with that user.

登录后，我的msp( 补丁安装程序 )会自动运行.

On Login my msp (patch Installer) runs automatically.

There are two components which are shown in the event viewer log one is for atl.dll and another is for a temp file.

Could anybody let us know why this happens with my patch installer.
