We have configured Hybrid search described in below article.https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/SharePoint/hybrid/configure-cloud-hybrid-searchroadmap In Onboard-CloudHybridSearch.ps1 we are not Import-Module MSOnlineExtended -force but since we have express
route we are able to connect to office 354 with our Email account only. We are not putting password to connect to cloud. Script works without error and we are able to crawl on premises content. We have two search center and when one and both are returning
only cloud content though I am global admin in cloud and I have full control on whole web application. When we see crawl log we can see around 300 items got crawled but if we try to search with isexternalcontent=true it gives only 2 result which is wrong.
Please let me know what should I do to search for all 300 results

To troubleshoot the issue, you could run again a full crawl in the cloud Search service application in Central Administration in SharePoint 2013 farm.

And test by the URL to check if the data from on-premise will display in search center.
