on our telephony platform,we have two legacy Avaya prologix PBXs integrated with cisco call manager version 5.1 through E1 line on voice our gateway(cisco 2800 router).In addition we also have Microsoft OCS server and Ms 2007 UM integrated with the call manager through sip trunks.

we were able to call the OCS audio conference bridge pilot number from legacy phones,IP Phones and external LAN line;also for the UM voice mail pilot number.But of recent,we discovered that we cant call OCS audio conference bridge pilot number and the UM pilot number from legacy phones and external LAN line, but it is possible to call the two pilot numbers from IP Phones.
