I'd like to create an application that shows some static images from google streetview (since streetside isn't available here in New Zealand). The idea being that I use a map control utilising the bing maps data to show the user where they're looking, then when they press a button, show them a static image of that fetched from google streetview.

The app won't actually be using any bing map data to fetch the image from the google maps API, that will be done using GPS and the built in compass sensor. The bing map is purely there to give some visual feedback to the users current location and heading. Therefore it's more like having an app that integrates 2 different services and doesn't overlap them.

Does anyone know if using the service in this way would violate those terms?

Alternatively, does anyone know who I could ask for clarification on this matter?
