We have set up the AD group "SP2013 – All Staff – Contribute" which is used as a ACL for workflows, this group is a member of the SharePoint Group "Projects Home Members".

There is a single user who is not getting workflows access. We need to manually add her account for access however it keeps disappearing from the SharePoint group.
