I've just discovered that on my computer it's impossible di use Web developer 2008, unless I log on as Administrator. Just after ask for a new Web project I receive the following message:

I know that it's not the first question on this error. All the answers found on the subject did not work. I've tried also with the 2010 Edition. Nothing.

This is a shot in the dark, but as you are getting no other responses and your problem does not seem to be common...

When you installed VWD (either version), did you get a dialog asking if the software should be available to all users of the computer? If so, did you answer no?

如果上述情况适用，请卸载VWD，然后重新启动并重新安装，并回答有关所有用户的问题.

If the scenario above applies, uninstall VWD, then reboot and reinstall and answer yes to the question about all users.
