I've faced a similar issue a few months ago: according to Microsoft, you have to enable the "Do not forcefully unload the user registry at user logoff" policy; this policy can be found in the Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) under Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> UserProfiles.
