I cannot start the new debugger engine in MSVS 2015 for native or universal apps.  When I try to start the debugger, I get an error.  See below.

Executing without debugging works just fine.  Using the old debugging engine works just fine (for c++ apps).  I have already tried completely uninstalling MSVS2015 and reinstalling it, as well as doing a Windows 10 upgrade to force Windows 10 update (discovered my system hadn't updated since November 2015).  Any ideas?

Could you share us the detailed error messages in your screen shot? We couldn't find the detailed messages expect "Unable to start debugging...... No more data is available" in your screen shot.

Another issue is that whether you create the UWP app in your VS2015, we have to make sure that whether it is related to your current VS IDE. So please create a new simple blank UWP app, debug it again, how about the result?

Not very sure that which VS2015 version you installed, but we have to select the "Custom" setup option under the Wizard, and then enable the SDK or other packages which are related to the UWP apps. It is also the reason why I want to know that whether you create this project in your side.
