I was developing a Windows Phone 8.1 application with Visual Studio 2015 on my Windows 10 PC and everything was working fine until 5 hours ago. From that time I am not able to deploy any application (even Windows 10 applications) to my Lumia 920 running Windows 10. Whatever I try I get the following error: "Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State Error Error : DEP0001 : Unexpected Error: Element not found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070490)".

I have tried creating a new project (both Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 10 Universal App) and deploying it in my device and it still doesn't work. I also tried deploying to my wife's Lumia 640 with no result. Finaly I tried deploying from Visual Studio 2013 on my laptop and again it gives me the same error.
