Can I create a power apps form with 2-3 columns? Because it seems that I am just able to create a single column (mobile view) form.

You could use the "Snap to column" to add two or three columns when customize the form in PowerApps.

And in PowerApps, you could select the form and click "vertical" in the layout, and select "2" or "3" in the "Snap to column" section.
