I have a application that uses the .NET 3.5 speech API and trying to run under Vista 64.  I have installed 32 bit voices and they show up in the 32 Bit Control panel applet and word fine.  However, when I use the .NET function GetInstalledVoices, it only returns the 64 bit voices.

A .NET application will run in the native CPU type by default, so your application will be x64 on a 64 bit OS. If you need it to be 32 bit, you should change the cpu type from Any to x86.
