I am working to implement a custom workflow in SharePoint Online using SharePoint designer 2013. There is a requirement to setup/handle more than hundreds of parallel tasks. For example, there are hundreds of facilities in the form and 1 or 2 approvers are assigned to each facility. Based on the facilities selection in the form, it needs to go through number of parallel approvers.

Is there a limitation to create specific number of tasks in a workflow? Do we have a simple/alternate solution to achieve this?

Hi Saurabh- the limit is 121. If they absolutely must be parallel, then I suggest you use more that one list to handle the load.
