I am currently re-designing a form for logging incidents in my team. I am using InfoPath 2013 and it is all based off a List on O365 SharePoint. The form will add an entry to the list once saved which acts as a 'logged' ticket.

One of the fields requires a customer account number to be entered. On the existing form I am basing this off (it's on an old SharePoint that I can't connect to with InfoPath due to the server side version so can't just copy the set up), when you type the account number '000000000' for example and click off the text field, after a short pause, a message is displayed underneath highlighting (with links to) any other tickets (list items) that are logged with that account number.

I have typed the Account Number to a single line of text box. When I click off this, a message appears underneath saying "There is another record with the same Account Number, please check that you are not raising a duplicate. 3 duplicate items. 000000000 000000000 000000000"

The list has found 3 items. Each time 000000000 is shown, it is a link to a different list item added previously.

Please can anyone provide guidance on how to replicate this feature into the new form? I haven't been able to find any answers on different forums or any instructional videos. It may be I just don't know what to search for.

As a bonus, I want to limit the results to the items added within the last week for example but less desperate to be able to do this.
