  3. The Team Site is using default permissions of: Team Members | Everyone except external users

  6. Other e-mail notifications (such as sharing a site) seem to work
  7. If I assign a task to me, I receive the email on some lists, but not others.
  8. If Ia assign a task to someone else, they don't receive the notification, but used to.

If it is a permissions issue, it would be very helpful for someone to indicate exactly what minimum permissions are required for the site and/or list. Instead of just saying "Sounds like a permissions issue to me." Not very helpful to a new user.

Hi d- interesting. Doesn't sound like a permissions issue. More like a timer job not running or email getting bounced. Check the logs to see if there are any errors.
