Scenario: In my web app the user enters the AWS Account Name, Access Key and Secret Key , selects a region and the app pulls up VPCs and all resources under that. How can I do similar to access all VNets and resources in them under Azure? 

What user inputs would be needed? Since Azure has subscriptions and resource groups.
