As far as I know, not all types of errors have Help Topic. For example, if I don’t end a statement with ";" or you don’t return a value in a method which needs a returned value, an error will generate but there is no help information in Visual Studio Help.

And when you open the error help in Help Document, if you get ‘Information Not Found’, there will be some reasons shown for example ‘No Topic in Local Help’, ‘Help is not installed’ and so on. Please check them to troubleshoot.
