Recently, UML documents checked into our Team Foundation server 2012 only display content visible to the developer who created them.

Other developers trying to check out the latest version, can only see a blank UML form, and error message in VS which states... "Some shapes or connectors on the diagram are missing because their definitions do not exist in this project.  Either the definitions were deleted from the model while the diagram was closed, or the diagram was copied to a project that does not contain those definitions."
