I am designing a VB app that acquires serial data at user defined intervals. I was intending to use the timer class, and make use of the Elapsed property but I am getting an error which says Systems.Timers.Timer can't convert to double or int. And I am kinda stuck. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Can anyone help me by directing me in the right direction
