Hello! I am trying to filter a list view by the column "Orientation Date" which is a choice column that I've typed in the available dates in the format MM/DD/YYYY. When I try to add a filter that only shows items where column "orientation date" is greater than or equal to [Today], no items return. I thought this may be because it was not formatted as a date column, so I tried creating a column that calculates the orientation date and formats it as a date and running my filter off of this, but still no returned items.

Hi- you can't use today in a calculated column, despite what you may have heard. Workarounds don't work either.

Instead, create a view and set the "show items only when the following are true" to created is greater than or equal to[today].
