The Page viewer webpart is  working in SharePoint 2013 but when I try to add the another sp web application from same sharepoint farm doesn't display and instead it throws error as shown below:

Whereas If I add the link from my ASP.net web application webpage, it just works fine display inside the frame.

Any workaround fix to display this inside the frame?

To solve this issue, you can edit the page which is added into the Page Viewer web part using SharePoint Designer 2013, then add the following line under "PlaceHolderMain" section:

<WebPartPages:AllowFraming runat="server"  />

<WebPartPages:AllowFraming runat="server"  />
