我的服务器有64Gb的RAM，16个CPU，SharePoint2013，而且速度很慢。我有几个问题：
1.-应用程序太慢，但服务器不消耗太多CPU或RAM（40％CPU，最大60％RAM） 。 SP可以承担更多资源吗？
2.-连接查看器多次显示SQL的连接错误。我们通过Powershell在SQL运行查询contiuas中有一个脚本，它们不会显示这些连接错误。 DBA评论SQL 2012服务器是正确的。

I have a server with 64Gb of RAM, 16 CPUs, SharePoint2013 and it's slow. I have several problems:
1.- The apps are too slow, but the server does not consume much CPU or RAM (40% CPU, 60% RAM maximum). Can the SP assume more resources?
2.- Many times the connection viewer shows the connectivity error with the SQL. We have a script in the SQL running querys contiuas through Powershell and they do not show those connectivity errors. The DBA comments that the SQL 2012 server is correct. What
