I have recently had an issue that I can't find a solution for. We have Sharepoint Online.

What we have set up is an alert on a SP list on a email account that copies the email and sends it to the correct people via a Flow. The flow is looking for an email from SP with the specific title, and sends emails out using the [body] element from the alert.

It appears to me the images aren't embedded and are inserted via a service to get the attachment off the list item's "Created By" field, which is why I think it is breaking, but copying the HTML of a email verbatim still causes failure

Hi Chris- I'm guessing you're using Outlook? Does Outlook prompt you to download content? I'm guessing this is either a permissions (Outlook accessing SharePoint) or trust (Outlook trust settings) issue.
