I'm trying to create a setup where certain individuals can manage access to certain sites, but only by controlling membership within SharePoint groups.

To accomplish this, I've set them up as the Group Owner for one or more SharePoint groups, but haven't given them rights beyond Contribute to the site itself.

The problem is, they have no apparent way to get to the group to manage it. The gear drop-down in the upper-right corner doesn't have a "Site Settings" or "Shared With" link and I see no other way for them to see their groups.
