I'm trying to create a "Translator Speech" resource on my Azure dashboard, but I'm not able to select the pricing tier. It doesn't give me any options, it's like there's no option, so I can't create the resource. I can choose the name, the subscription and the resource group, but there's no option available on the pricing tier, so the resource can't be created. Does anyone else experienced this?

I can not find Translator Speech service in Azure portal. The new Speech Service and SDK is replacing the Translator Speech API, which will no longer work starting October 15, 2019. For information on switching to the Speech Service, see Migrating from the Translator Speech API to the Speech Service. Can you please try to create new resource in Speech Service?
