The OS disk for a Windows VM on Azure fluctuates greatly. When the users login into the server using RDP there will be 200+ GBs of storage available. A few weeks later there will only be 40 GBs available. Shutting down the VM completely, waiting a few minutes than starting it again will work in some cases but as mentioned before it only last a few weeks. The clients are "not" increasing their data upload by the amount of space that the server is decreased by. I've been able to confirm this directly

When you are seeing the space shrinking, have you been able to look into the C drive and see what is taking up so much space?
