A Helpdesk Application was built using SharePoint Designer 2013 on O365 to process internally issues coming in. Emails are being sent to internal users who have to contribute to the workflow perfectly but I would like to send a confirmation email to the client as well as a resolved email letting them know when the issue has been resolved. Their email address can be any of the following company email, yahoo,  live accounts etc.

Is there a workaround to email external customers that are not currently on your domain?
