I have a module in which we search for candidate by his name and display all his information in a gridview.When a candidate uploads his CV, his CV is stored in a folder and then we display his CV name and the destination path in gridview,by storing CV name and destination path as two columns in MS Access Database.Now when we search for the candidate by his name his CV should be viewed in word and should be downloadable.How do I do this for each record of grid/access to see a particular Candidates'' CV??????
