I was able to setup an external content type from SQL Server database around 2 months ago to display single table. It was working until yesterday and all of a sudden I get an error:

When I checked the log, it shows the following details

When I researched, this is due to a field type change or database structure is different. This is not true in my case. I also verified the table I am referring contains 719 records and not millions of records to add filter. I don't have filter added/enabled.

Just to give you more clarification, I have another stored procedure setup as external content type from the same database contains 698 records which is running for an year now without any problem and displays as an external content type list without any problem.
