We have a sync set up between our On Premises SQL Database and an Azure Hub Database. Until recently this was running every 4 hours, updating the Hub Database with data from the On Premises Database.

Do you see any error messages on Windows application log (Event Viewer in Windows) that you can share with us?

Could you please verify the Agent service on the services applet in Control Panel shows status as started? Start it manually. Set it to start automatically. If it was started already, try to restart or stop/start the service.
