In a SP 2013 Farm with a separate OWA server, some .xls files are not opening in OWA, it prompts to open in client. Other .xls files as well as doc, .xlsx etc all are working fine.

The files having issue issue contains .XLS in the file name before .xls extension. The same files work fine in OWA another 2013 Farm with same patch level.
