Hi, I'm wondering if I could get any help from here.

I just finished the registration of my student account with Azure. Before I did anything, I received an email telling me that my subscription got disabled for a violation of the service term, but I haven't done anything, I was trying to setup a SQL database with basic plan and that didn't go through.

I mean I have no idea what's going on.

There could be many reasons why a subscription gets disabled. In your case, I recommend you to reach out to our subscription management  team by creating  a support ticket so that the backend team could do a background check to find the cause and help you out with your issue.
